pertinent data of the operation.

A HACCP plan is created. Employees are trained on the
development and establishment of HACCP specifications, identification of
critical control points, and creation of customized forms for record keeping.
This alone is equivalent to the conventional methods currently available in the
industry for manual HACCP implementation.

III.
Intranet HACCP System:
The Intranet HACCP system is programmed to allow corporate or remote management groups to have
immediate acces to current plant conditions via the configuration of a Virtual
Private Network (VPN) using Cisco networking equipment. The intranet can also
be programmed to allow federal inspectors access for electronic auditing.
